CU Masters Swimming – Early Birds (Fall-Winter 2017-2018)

This program will accommodate participants swimming for personal fitness, triathlon training and Masters competition. Workouts will include aerobic and anaerobic sessions, proper warm up and stretching techniques and timed effort swims. Graduated workouts will be provided, as well as stroke improvement through technical drill practice and bio-mechanical analysis. Participants need to be able to swim 1000 metres in an hour and must already know 2 or 3 competitive strokes as Masters is not a learn-to-swim program.This program is for Members, Staff and Carleton Student Members ONLY. The Student Member 25% program-fee discount does NOT apply to this program. Registration is NOT available online. Please call 613-520-4480 or drop by the Welcome Centre to register. Registration opens on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 6:00 AM!
