2024 Mini Ravens Camp (Ages 4-5)

In 2014, due to popular demand, we launched our first full day kindergarten summer camp for all children in junior and senior kindergarten. It replaces our popular Half-a-Happy Day Camp. Over 515 Mini Ravens attended in 2019 and over 615 Mini Ravens attended in 2023. Our Mini Ravens program returns for 2024 bringing even more fun and excitement.

Registration for our summer land camps opened on Tuesday, January 16 at 9:00am.

Camp Price

The Mini Ravens Camp will cost $299 ($266 for 4 days) and includes daily swim lessons (please note there are no swim lessons on week 9).

Activities

An exciting full day summer camp of sport activity, aquatics and arts & crafts. Although Mini-Ravens campers will participate in some of the sports and games enjoyed by our regular sports campers, there will be a greater emphasis on play, learning and craft activities. This is to give our youngest campers a more balanced, manageable full day program more suited to their abilities than the all day sports action that the older campers enjoy.

What Is included

The registration fee for the summer includes all the necessary craft materials, a Mini Ravens camp t-shirt and a daily swim lesson. Please note that swim lessons are not available for week 9 (Aug 26 – Aug 30) and have been replaced with other fun crafts and activities.

Lunch is not included with our Mini Ravens camp. In order to follow the double nutrition break pattern which is now in place in many kindergartens, rather than offering a single lunch period, children will have two shorter nutrition breaks during the day. Parents are kindly asked to send a peanut and nut-free lunch each day.

Age Range

Children between the ages of 4 and 5 years old.

Campers stay with the same group for the week and follow their own group schedule. Parents can request for campers to be placed in the same group as their friends by using the friend request prompt when registering.

Children who are 6 years old should register for our Multisport Camp

Dates &Times

  • Our Mini Ravens Camp runs for 9 weeks from July 2 to August 30
  • The hours of the camp are from 8:30am to 4:30pm 
    • Drop off is from 8:30am to 9:00am
    • Pick up is from 4:00pm to 4:30pm
    • Drop off and Pick up will be outdoors on TAAG Park (stadium field)
  • Optional Early/late care will be offered at a cost of $30 for the week.
    • Early care runs from 7:30am to 8:30am
    • Late care runs from 4:30pm to 5:30pm
