Spin 101

Spinning is a relatively new workout that hit the fitness scene in the 1990s. It is a popular workout because it is easy to learn, non-weight bearing and has high calorie burning potential. By combining a variety of challenging rides, from sprints, intervals, hills, and more, this great cardiovascular workout also strengthens and tones your leg muscles. While this is a beginner’s class, experienced riders are also welcome. You can work at your own pace since you control the tension/resistance on your bike.
