Spin Interval Boot Camp – Spring

This class is a high intensity, full body workout, using the interval training method. By combining intervals of cardio on the bike with strength training intervals off the bike, you will use both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. In this high energy workout, you will torch calories, build strength, sculpt muscles and increase your endurance, while maintaining the ‘fun’ factor of group cycling.
