A power-packed hour combining two of the hottest workouts! PILOXING is a cardio fusion class built on an interdisciplinary system that incorporates boxing, dance and standing pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components create a sense of balance that is physical and mental. ZUMBA we take the ‘work’ out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.
