Kickboxing – Spring

This dynamic and explosive Martial art combines the benefits of an excellent cardio workout with self-defense techniques using the legs, knees, elbows, and boxing. You will learn how to use the focus mitts as well as the kicking shields. Students will increase their aerobic capacity and learn conditioning drills to improve strength, agility and quickness while developing an impenetrable defence and a devastating offence. Boxing gloves are recommended and will be available from your instructor. (Cost $35)
