This mixed class uses a combination of Yoga Tune-up Balls to roll tension out of your body and postural corrective exercises to get you back in top form and ultimately, pain free and able to withstand the daily pressures of life. Good for any level of participant and exercises can be tailored to participants’ fitness level/ injuries. This class is taught by Pam.
