Through a sequence of poses and gentle movements, this calming quieting and restoring Yoga class helps you to find your centre, to connect with your body and breath and to let the breath guide the movement of the body, releasing any tension or tightness in the body and the mind. By the end of each class, you are able to unwind from a hectic day, relaxed, calm and ready for a good night sleep!
