Pilates Fusion – Spring

Fusion class for a fantastic new you! Created by Pam Forth. A class in which Pam Forth will blend a variety of modalities she has learned over her more than 25 years of studying the human body in movement. This class will be a fluid experience catering to needs of the participants on that particular day. Homework will be given for you to take home and practice no longer than 10 minutes a day! Your homework will be reviewed at each class to continue to hone your technique. Pam Forth will also add exercises at different levels of difficulty and sophistication so that you find the right exercise for your body for right now. As you gain strength and mobility (and hopefully do your homework!) you’ll keep moving on to more challenging levels of exercises depending on your own progress. This class is for you if you want that personal touch and attention to your own needs and goals.
