The combination of standing and floor postures moving with the breath in this practice will serve to strengthen and stretch the muscle groups that tend to be more tense, particularly the hamstrings, the iliopsoas muscles, the rotators of the hips and much more. Shoulders openers and arms balance will also be included to target muscles in the shoulders, arms and upper back.
