She is the Head Coach of the Carleton Masters Swim Team and a Manager and Assistant Coach of the Carleton Varsity Swim Team.&nbsp; Lynn believes that technique is key to swimming fast and avoiding overuse injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lynn has been a competitive swimmer herself for over 50 years.&nbsp;
