The remainder will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact the Welcome Centre at 613-520-4480 or fill out the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/athletics.carleton.ca\/community\/withdrawl-request-form\/\">Cancellation\/Withdrawal Request Form.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"personal-training-services\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Personal Training Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation or refunds of Personal Training Services are only permitted in cases of injury or relocation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accompanying documentation is required. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are prorated to the number of remaining sessions at the date of withdrawal. The remainder will be refunded, less a <em class=\"myprefix-text-italic\">$25 administration fee<\/em>.
