Intramurals<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Requests for withdrawal from programs must be given&nbsp;<strong>a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the program.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These funds can be applied to the client\u2019s account as a&nbsp;<strong>credit<\/strong>, with no administrative fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These funds can be processed as a&nbsp;<strong>refund<\/strong>&nbsp;with an administrative fee of 10% of the program cost (a minimum fee of $10, and a maximum of $50)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be no&nbsp;<strong>refunds or credits<\/strong>&nbsp;issued for cancellations <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">less than 14 days prior <\/strong>to the beginning of any program. Requests for special consideration must be made in writing via the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/athletics.carleton.ca\/withdrawal-request-form\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Refund Request Form<\/span><\/a>&nbsp;to the appropriate Coordinator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"memberships\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memberships<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation of memberships requires<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"> 30 days notice<\/strong>. Requests to cancel with less than 30 days notice is only permitted in cases of injury with accompanying documentation:<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"> a doctor\u2019s note<\/strong> (stating recommendation not to exercise, we do not need personal details). Credit Refunds are prorated to the date of withdrawal based on our published fee schedule. The remainder will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"personal-training-services\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Training Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation or refunds of Personal Training Services is only permitted in cases of injury or relocation. Accompanying documentation is required. Refunds are prorated to the number of remaining sessions at the date of withdrawal.
