Please note that this is not an elite camp but coaches are required to be knowledgeable about the sport of soccer. Coaches are expected to be responsible, supportive, engaging and outgoing to ensure that campers are having fun while being safe at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"application-deadline-tbd\" class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Application Deadline &#8211; TB<\/strong>D<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"responsibilities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accountable for the safety and positive experience of all campers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver age and stage appropriate daily soccer drills and skill development activities to campers in assigned group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set-up and clean up daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be enthusiastic, energetic, engaging and supportive with all campers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be responsible for campers at all times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the Camp Lead, other coaches and volunteers when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"you-will\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">You Will<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish positive relationships with campers (ages 6\u2013 12) that reflect respect, trust and empathy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use respectful, positive language &amp; behaviour management techniques&nbsp;as needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display professionalism with parents &amp; colleagues (ex. punctuality, appropriately dressed, no cell phones, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive ongoing informal feedback as well as a mid-summer &amp; end of summer performance evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend the mandatory Staff Trainings prior to the start of camp &amp; ongoing trainings throughout the summer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"qualifications\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience coaching\/teaching sport(s) to children\/youth <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">aged 4 \u2013 12<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication &amp;
