Time<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Matches start 10 minutes past the hour and last up to 55 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No extra sets in regular season.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time is kept by the referee only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"3-boundaries\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Boundaries<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard volleyball court used.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"4-general-play\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. General Play<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One toss per serve allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net serves are legal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No blocking\/spiking serves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honest calls encouraged; final decisions by officials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Double hits allowed on hard-driven balls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact with any body part is legal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crossing under net allowed if no interference or center line violation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands may cross the net when blocking or spiking (if initiated on own side).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Net contact is a violation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illegal backcourt attacks must be called by players.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"5-scoring\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Scoring<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sets 1 &amp; 2: to 25 points (cap at 27).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set 3: to 15 points (cap at 17).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"6-coin-toss\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
