These workouts are led by Ben Cohen, Founder and Head Coach of True Trail Triathlon, an expert triathlon coaching service here in Ottawa. This program will get you to the starting line and finish line feeling strong, prepared, and unafraid!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Make 2026 the year you tick a triathlon off your bucket list!
