All revenue generated will go directly into a dedicated Capital Renewal Fund &#8211; none will be used for daily operations or administrative costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fee will apply to specific<strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"> <\/strong>NON-STUDENT memberships, programs, facility bookings, and pay-per-use services.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-much-will-this-cost\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Much Will This Cost?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A fee of up to 5% will be applied to memberships, programs, leagues, children\u2019s programs, pay-per-use activities, and facility rentals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain programs<em class=\"myprefix-text-italic\"><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\"> <\/strong><\/em>and memberships may be exempt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"upcoming-examples-of-capital-projects\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upcoming Examples of Capital Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">2026 Fieldhouse Heating\/Cooling System Replacement<\/strong>: Original equipment does not have cooling functionality.&nbsp;&nbsp;With today\u2019s heat waves and the popularity of our summer camps it\u2019s increasingly imperative we provide cooling in this space.&nbsp;&nbsp;Not only will this unit provide cooling, but it will be an efficient air source heat pump which will reduce greenhouse gas emissions as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fully Electric Zamboni:<\/strong> To further our environmental commitments, we would like to introduce a fully electric Zamboni to our Advanced Capital Ice House operations. The purchase of a Zamboni 650 Electric delivers stronger torque, zero emissions, lower operating costs, quieter performance, and fast opportunity charging, making it cleaner, more cost-effective, and more efficient than natural-gas models.
