program is overseen by the head coach of our varsity women\u2019s rugby team, Dave Luong.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions will be led by <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Varsity Women\u2019s team coaches<\/strong> as well as <strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">current varsity players<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing young rugby players to reach their potential, regardless of current skill level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting and growing the game of rugby.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating a culture of fair play and respect for teammates, opponents, coaches and the game
