Swimmer 3 – This level introduces swimmers to kneeling dives, forward roll entries and whip kick on their back. Swimmers complete 15m of both front crawl and back crawl and increase their interval training. They learn fun skills such as handstands in shallow water and a front somersault in water as well as Swim to Survive skills.
