The 15/15/15 (15 minutes of mobility, strength or high intensity, flexibility) class is geared toward the long-term needs of our patrons. The number one goal as we age is to stay functional and healthy, which requires a balanced approach to training. Our bodies need to be mobile in all planes of movement, strong, and flexible.  This class incorporates those fundamentals into 15 minute blocks so you get the best of mobility, high intensity (and strength) and flexibility.
