Boost your booty burn with these sculpting moves that use nothing but a resistance band. Pumping iron is great, but to get the most out of resistance training, sometimes you need to mix it up & ‘burn a little rubber’! This exercise band workout will target the inner and outer thighs, buttocks, abdominal and back muscles. This class is taught by Jenna.
