Barre Burn is an energizing class which is a fusion of yoga, Pilates and basic ballet, into a floor and barre-based regime of fat burning interval training, muscle shaping isometrics and dance conditioning. This 60-minute class emphasizes posture, alignment, breathing, and proper technique. Benefits include better posture, stronger muscles, and increased energy and stamina.
