Get A CUFit Pass

Get your booty in shape through a variety of skills and drills that are performed in and out of the saddle. In this all levels class, we take it to the saddle for a cardio workout, then hop off the bike where you are led through a full lower body workout that targets the legs, lower back and, of course, your booty!
