Enjoy a 50 minute yoga class in the Discovery Centre!
Yoga has been proven to relieve stress, increase strength and flexibility, lower your blood pressure, and increase your energy level. The list of benefits is long. This class is structured for beginners. However, more experienced students will be given options to intensify their practice.  Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your own yoga mat, a towel (to sit/kneel on) and a sweater and socks (to keep warm in case the room is cool).

Please note this class is NOT included in the Yoga Pass.  If interested please register for the individual sessions.
