Get after your goals in this 45-minute high intensity or strength circuit that starts every five minutes! Meetings running late? Classes not finishing on time? We have you covered!

Circuits are nine rounds of five minutes. On strength days, each station will have one or more exercises with strategic rest intervals to build strength for multiple sets. On High Intensity days you’ll be switching between multiple exercises at the same station to maximize cardiovascular gains and calorie burning. A buzzer will sound when you need to switch stations. The workout will be available on the white board to view. Professional fitness instructors will motivate you every step of the way and explain any movements you aren’t familiar with. Although rounds vary by workout, the fundamentals are:

  • 1 station of warming up
  • 1 station of mobility and movement
  • 6 stations of strength or high intensity
  • 1 station of stretching

Note: Two hour class schedules have a final booking time of 45 minutes prior to the end (Example: A class scheduled from 11:30am – 1:30pm will allow the final participant at 12:45pm so they are finished by 1:30pm).
