Using the ELDOA postures that were designed by world-renowned Osteopath Guy Voyer, in this class you’ll learn postures that correct the alignment of each segment of your spine – from your neck, to mid-back, to lower back. ELDOA postures (held for approx. 1 minute each) fix postural imbalances by strengthening the weak postural muscles and by stretching the tight postural muscles. Your central nervous system is housed in the spine so getting and keeping your spine aligned is of utmost importance to the well-being of your whole body. You’ll experience relief from unnecessary pain and prevent future problems by doing these postures! All levels welcome.
