This program is tailored for people 50 years of age or older who are looking for a bit more of a challenge than our level 1 class. This 60 minute class includes a warm-up, cardiovascular workout, strength exercises, and a cool down. The objective of this class is to further challenge those above fifty who want to push themselves harder. The class will include a wide range of equipment (Bosu Balls, Equalizers, Kettlebells) with a mix of high intensity bursts. This program is included in your Senior Raven’s Membership.
