Love Muay Thai? Kickboxing? Karate? Brazilian Jiu Jitsu? MMA? There is a saying that “Fights are won in the gym.” Up your game with Fight Fitness. This class isn’t a martial arts class, but it will focus on increasing strength, speed, and power in your fight game. Get ready to sweat like you have never sweat before. If you have taking other fitness classes and thought, this might be “too easy” this is the class for you. Leveraging good technique and fun new drills, this class will have you punching faster and kicking harder in no time!

Summary: This class would be a strength training and HIIT style class with exercises specifically geared towards fighting fitness. Aimed at both beginners and experienced people with a type A personality who want to be pushed and looking to improve their fitness. Although not a martial arts class this class is designed to target the muscles and movements that make us better combat sports athletes.
