HIIT Challenge

Calling all interval junkies! We will explore the many types of interval training techniques. Tabata, Insanity and Turbulence style workouts will improve your strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, balance and coordination – leaving you with an afterburn that will see you through to your next workout! This class is taught by Karen.
