Looking to continue your strength practice as well as getting a good workout?  Continue with our Small Group Strength Training Classes.  In 1.5hours you will work with a coach to establish your own warm-up routine continue to improve the fundamental strength movements and end your day with a group conditioning session followed by relaxation and stretching.  You get the benefits of personal training in a small group setting at the fraction of the cost! Sounds like something for you?  Register and be part of a hardworking and fun loving team!


Completion of Intro to Strength or Lunch and Lift class or instructor approval (may be required to complete an assessment).
