Pilates Fusion

Created by Pam Forth, this class uses a mix of Ball rolling to release tension; Pilates, Abs and Back exercises to strengthen the core muscles; Myo-fascial stretches to loosen tight spots; and ELDOA postures to re-align your spine. This class is a great way to unwind from the week and jump start into your weekend activities. Good for all fitness levels and exercises can be geared to participants’ needs.
