Power & Peace of Yoga

Explore your edge and discover the internal powers that reside within you. This class will offer a perfectly balanced practice of exploring your inner strength and finding inner peace in a chaotic world. Two of our instructors will alternate weekly to lead you into a dynamic and energetic practice laced in with deep flexibility stretching. This class will gradually help you build strength, endurance, flexibility and a focused mind. This class is taught by Kim and Mel.
