This class is designed to improve your running capacity and help keep you injury free.

The 8 week series will include outdoor runs, strength training and mobility that will allow you to run longer, faster and injury free. Every class will include a running component which will begin with a proper warm-up and lead into either intervals, hills, technique or speed drills.

This class occurs twice a week.

One day a week will be a run component + strength training exercises using weighted and bodyweight exercises.

The other class will include a run component + mobility exercises and stretching that will target the areas of the body that will when functioning properly, help increase efficiency and speed!
