Looking to continue your strength practice as well as getting a good workout? Continue with our Small Group Strength Training Classes. In 1.5hours you will work with a coach to establish your own warm-up routine continue to improve the fundamental strength movements and end your day with a group conditioning session followed by relaxation and stretching. Completion of Intro to Strength or instructor approval (may be required to complete an assessment).
