Spin Boot Camp & Yoga Stretch

If you are one of those people who struggles to fit it all in then this all-in-one class IS the one for you! We’ll hit the ground running with a high energy all terrain ride, followed by an anything-but-boring full body strength training regimen that will push you out of your comfort zone and leave you feeling powerful and athletic. And we’ll finish it all off with a sublimely glorious stretch sequence that will leave you feeling limber, standing taller and moving more freely. One class and you’ll be hooked! This class is taught by Kim.
