This class is geared for anyone currently pregnant. This course will start with foundational breathing exercises and progress to more dynamic movements over the course of the class. Each class will have modifications for those who have progressed and for those who are still learning to manage pressure and/or pregnancy symptoms. The class will include 10 minutes of warm up, 30 minutes of work, 10 minutes of cool down and mobility work and 10 minutes of information. This information will include information on the pelvic floor, breathing strategies, management of pressure in the abdominal wall, and many other topics relevant to pregnancy and labour.
