Experience meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise through a series of actions including animal movements and martial arts movements. Tai Chi is different from other exercise because movements are usually circular and never forced, which relaxes the muscles instead of tensing them – joints are not fully extended or bent and connective tissues are not stretched. You could call Tai Chi “medication in motion.”

Classes run Wednesday from 10:30am – 11:30am January 8 – April 8th.
