Tune up for Pilates and Yoga Practitioners
A class combining self massage (with Yoga Tune Up balls) to release tight fascia, and pin pointing areas that need increased range of motion and strength using specific Yoga Tune Up (needs a trade mark symbol after it) postures leading to improved downward dog, planks etc… You will experience clarity and pureness in every move as your teacher comes around giving detailed corrections. A class for those who want to bring their practice of Pilates and/or Yoga to new heights!
