Intro to Strength Level II
FALL Session: September 16th to October 28th (no class on October 7th) (Saturday 9:30am to 11:00am)
WINTER Session: January 13th to February 24th (No class on February 10th) (Saturday 9:30am to 11:00am)
Adult Rate: $120
Student Rate: $95
Prerequisite: Completion of Intro to Strength or Lunch and Lift class or instructor approval (may be required to complete an assessment).
Looking to continue your strength practice as well as getting a good workout? Continue with our Intro to Strength Level II classes. In 1.5hours you will work with a coach to establish your own warm-up routine continue to improve the fundamental strength movements and end your day with a group conditioning session followed by relaxation and stretching.
