This dance class is a full body workout designed for students with minimal to absolutely no belly dance experience, as well as those with dance experience who want to strengthen their foundation skills. It will improve your overall health and vitality, as well as your posture, flexibility, and core strength. Instructors from the Egyptian directed studio: Dance Oasis, will teach you age old movements that will help harmonize and energize your body, reduce stress, and boost your mood.
