Express Boot Camp

Not enough time? No more excuses! Express Bootcamp is exactly that: get your sweat on in half the time. Circuit intervals vary with an increase in duration as the semester goes on. Weights, bands, bars, balls, bosu’s we use it all. From plyometrics to static holds, the deep burn is our goal! Good for all levels, however, remember it is Boot Camp! Quality over quality is our motto and FORM cues are provided constantly to keep you at your peak. Monday morning class taught by Nancy and Thursday noon class taught by Alicia.
