Just Lift!

This is a ‘YOU ASKED FOR IT and WE LISTENED’ class! A fundamental strength and muscle conditioning workout using weights, bodybars and kettlebells only! This class is suitable for all fitness levels but the focus will be on results, pushing your limits and setting attainable goals. Proper lifting techniques will be demonstrated and we will identify and discuss muscles worked during the training. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to set up your equipment. This class is taught by Karen.
