Step Fusion

This class is the total package! An amazing 75-minute class that covers it all: high-energy cardio, lots of muscular and core conditioning using a combination of Dynabands, dumbbells, body bars and fitness balls, followed by a gentle relaxation segment at the end. This class is taught by Tiana.
