Women’s Only Dynamic Kickboxing

Learn to fight with a dynamic art combining traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and modern Kick Boxing. Reap the benefits of an excellent cardio workout with self-defense techniques using the legs, knees, elbows, and boxing. Increase your aerobic capacity and improve strength, agility and speed while developing an impenetrable defense and a devastating offense in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
