This class features a series of exercises for all major muscle groups using all ranges of equipment focused on easier impact exercises and sandwiched between a dynamic warm-up and a cool-down stretch. The objective of this program is to ensure mature adults are functional, strong and healthy for as long as possible.

LVL 1 is a lower weight, slower movement based workout.
LVL 2 is a higher intensity class with more challenging movements for those looking for more of a challenge

During COVID we are only offering our LVL 1 program, which is included in a Senior Ravens Membership.
