Please note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not currently offering women’s only programming. However, you are welcome to register for our live group fitness classes and keep your camera turned off.
Whether you’re looking to learn some new self-defense moves or find some inner balance, we’ve got a Women’s Only class that will fit you just right! Check out all options below.
We’ve also launched our Women’s Specific Fitness program! One of our group fitness rooms (above the ice house) will be staffed by a female member of the Fitness Centre and the following equipment will be available: free weights, benches, bands, BOSUs, Swiss balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, mats and skipping ropes.
