We’ve also launched our Women’s Specific Fitness program in the Yoga Studio! The room will be staffed by a female member of the Fitness Centre and the following equipment will be available: free weights, benches, bands, BOSUs, Swiss balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, mats and skipping ropes.

  • Times: Monday 1:15 to 3:00pm, Wednesday 2:45 to 4:30pm and Friday 9:30-11:30am
