Gentle Evening Yoga

Through a sequence of poses and gentle movements, this class will help you to find your centre, connect with your body and breath by allowing your breath to guide the movement of the body, releasing any tension or tightness in the body and the mind.  By the end of each class, you will be able to unwind from a hectic day, feeling relaxed, calm and ready for a good night sleep! This class is taught by Chao.
