If you are looking for a full body workout that will increase your cardiovascular activity, strengthen your muscles and develop your flexibility, Power Yoga may be for you! In this dynamic style of athletic yoga, the teacher will flow you from pose to pose in rhythm with your breath, guiding you on when to inhale and exhale. Both beginners and intermediate yogis will be challenged in this fast paced class which will detoxify the body and cleanse the mind.
