Yoga Core

In Yoga Core, we will practice a variety of poses to strengthen, stabilize and tone the core of your body. The core is the area that connects your upper and lower body, including the abdominals, mid and low back, and glutes. A strong core is beneficial in many ways, and can help improve balance, digestion, lower back pain and day to day movement. Practitioners will be encouraged to access their spiritual core, building on their inner power through relaxation and meditation components. This class is suitable for all levels with options offered to beginners as well as advanced practitioners. This class is taught by Sylvie.
