I fell in love with sports at an early age. I was drawn to competition, dedicating over a decade of my life to playing competitive hockey. Alongside hockey, I played other sports, including soccer, basketball, rugby, and lacrosse, immersing myself in the joy of competing and team dynamics. As I transitioned into adulthood, my passion for sports evolved into a commitment to consistent weight training, which I have been doing for over 4 years now. I also love to explore new ways to sweat! I have been motivated by the desire to support and improve my mental health, unlock my physical potential and capabilities, and ensure I live a long and healthy lifestyle.
My training approach is based on the fact that training should be both enjoyable and sustainable. Understanding that each individual is unique, I carefully consider my clients’ preferences, body mechanics, and capabilities to craft a personalized program that challenges and inspires them. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, injury prevention, improving athletic performance or simply embracing a long and healthy life, my training approach is designed to empower you to achieve success.
